• AvenSys provides IT services, software development, and internship training programs.
• Internships provided may be unpaid or paid depending on the category.
• Internship certificates are issued only after successful completion of tasks.
• If a student requests a certificate without completing tasks, an evaluation fee may apply.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• Once the internship or service is purchased, refunds are only permitted under our Refund Policy.
• Refunds are not applicable after accessing course materials or receiving internship tasks.

4. Student Responsibilities

• Students must complete assigned tasks honestly and independently.
• Any form of plagiarism or misconduct may lead to termination without refund.
• Students must submit correct personal details for certificate verification.

5. Certificate Verification

AvenSys provides an online certificate verification system. All certificates include a unique verification ID that can be validated via our verification page.

6. Restriction on Use

You agree not to misuse the platform for hacking, illegal activities, or unauthorized access attempts. Any such actions may lead to legal consequences.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the AvenSys website (logo, design, code, images) is the property of AvenSys and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

8. Changes to These Terms

AvenSys reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the latest version.
